  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and cut larger ones in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
