- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onion is translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat if necessary.
