  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 3 cups mixed greens (divided)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ½ lime
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced or chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and lime juice.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties using wet hands.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for about 2 ½ minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Toss mixed greens with olive oil, lime juice, and salt; place on plates topped with burger patties, avocado slices, and tomatoes.
