  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup salsa (red or green)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (low or no salt)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour salsa over the top.
  2. Add chicken broth to keep the mixture moist.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
