  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk or water
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Additional grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit until foamy (5-10 minutes).
  2. In another bowl, combine flour and salt. Mix in activated yeast and olive oil until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for about 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
