  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Brush chicken with the glaze, transfer to the oven, and bake for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. While baking, cook turkey bacon in the same skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  7. Slice baked chicken into thin pieces.
  8. Assemble sliders starting with arugula on each bottom bun, followed by sliced chicken and crispy bacon, then top with the other half of the bun.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
