  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 16 oz package potato gnocchi
  • 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ Tbsps Tuscan Marry Me blend
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 3 Tbsps cooking apple vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed
  • 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan
  • 1 Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for about 2 minutes until golden to thicken the base.
  3. Gradually add the chicken stock while whisking to avoid lumps. Stir in Tuscan spices, sundried tomatoes, and tomato paste; simmer gently.
  4. Reduce heat, then pour in heavy cream, apple vinegar, and lemon juice while stirring until creamy.
  5. Add gnocchi and kale; cook until gnocchi floats to the surface (about 3–5 minutes).
  6. Serve hot with optional parmesan cheese and sides like garlic bread.
