  • 4 (6 oz.) Salmon filets
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Optional toppings: Sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water in a small bowl until smooth. Combine with other sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Line a baking sheet with oiled foil, place salmon filets on it, and baste with half of the teriyaki sauce.
  4. Bake the salmon for around 14 minutes until it flakes easily.
  5. Baste again with remaining sauce and broil for an additional minute for a golden finish.
  6. Serve over steamed rice and garnish with optional toppings.
