  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional for heat
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, combine vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, heavy cream, cayenne pepper (if desired), garam masala, and extra curry powder. Simmer gently.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the sauce. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
