  • 4 sub rolls or hoagie buns
  • ¼ lb turkey slices
  • ¼ lb chicken slices
  • ¼ lb turkey pepperoni
  • ¼ lb roast beef (optional)
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup banana peppers or pepperoncini, sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice sub rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Layer chicken, turkey, turkey pepperoni (and roast beef if desired), followed by cheese inside the rolls.
  4. Top with banana peppers and red onion.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder; brush over tops of the assembled rolls.
  6. Drizzle Italian dressing inside sandwiches and wrap in foil.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.
